1. Join in with the Brand Name: YFX
2. Join in the dealership and franchise program of  Laptop Batteries, Adaptors and IT Related Products. For new products, application is required and must be authorized and verified by Shenzhen Yifanxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.. 

3. Franchise Advantages:

3). Schemed by professional company, speeds up marketing plan;

4. Dealership Policies & Market Support
a.Exclusive Dealership Policies
1) Dealers will be set in cities over territory levels; In every city, only one exclusive dealer will be established;
2) Regional Exclusive Dealership can be acquired after a security deposit is paid, and prompt payment on the initial order of products;
3) Regional Exclusive Dealership will be guaranteed for 3 years. Required annual sales quantity and policies each year will be stated in details in the contract. Contract validity is one year.
4) Dealer has the priority to renew the contract when it is expired.
5) CMP reserves the rights to retract the regional exclusive dealership from the dealer should the dealer is not able to accomplish 70% of the contracted sales.
b.Distribution Model
1)Build up exclusive distribution model. To ensure retailer’s profit, we will authorize exclusive retail right of different laptop brand series batteries to our retailers.
c.Pricing Policies
All products should be sold at prescribed prices. Price dumping is not allowed. If anyone breaks the pricing policies, CMP has the right to forfeit the earnest money or retract the regional exclusive dealership as punishment. 

5.Publicity and Promotional Policies of Support

1) Media Promotional Support: CMP will advertise on prevailing trade media yearly.
2) Training Support: Professional training will be held 2 or 3 times yearly for regional dealers and people related
3) Promotional Stuffs Support: Brand promotional stuffs will be supplied to IT cyber shopping malls and retailing shops. And the entire process will be supervised and implemented by sales assisting administrators. 

6.After-Sales Services:

1) Date of Delivery: From the day when order is accepted, CMP will deliver within the time appointed. Quality and quantity will be guaranteed;
2) Refund and Exchange Guarantee: Refunds and exchanges can be acquired unconditionally for quality problems. For market operation reasons, products of the same value will be exchanged with 2 months;
3) Warranty: 2 years;
4) Customer Complaints: Complaints will be replied within 24 hours and will be dealt with and closed within 1 to 3 weeks;
5) Quality Insurances: All CMP products are insured by PICC International Warranty Service; 

7.Confidentiality

Agencies and dealers are abided by the laws to keep the confidentiality and secrecy of company policies, references and data.

8. Requirements for Dealership of yifanxin

1) You must love this business and be cooperative;
2) You must have strong desire for success, enterprise and consciousness of management;
3) You must agree on our managing philosophy of the brand yfx and be willing to obey the dealership policies, principles, instructions & supervision of yfx headquarters;
4) You must have a legitimate business license and are subject to legal or natural persons
5) You must have good capital strength relative to the investment power and sound credit;
6) You can have priorities if you have managing experiences;
7) You can have priorities if you have experiences and distribution channel in IT industry, household electrical appliances, sales field and so on.

9.Resources That Dealers Are Supposed To Have:
Top Class: Legitimate and have fixed premises for operation, business licenses, taxation registration and an entire sales team. 500,000 RMB for money preparation, company operation and offer accommodation to our sales assistants;
Second Class: Legitimate and have fixed premised for operation, business licensed, taxation, registration and an entire sales team. 300,000 RMB for money preparation, company operation and offer accommodation to our sales assistants;
Third Class: Legitimate and having fixed premised for operation, business licensed, taxation, registration and an entire sales team. 200,00RMB for money preparation, company operation and offer accommodation to our sales assistants 

10. How to become a dealer in YFX

1). Fill up our application forms;
2). Qualification Inspection;
3). Provide business license and market exploration report;
4). Sign dealership contract;
5). Pay contract earnest money;
6). Make First batch of order;
7). Start market promotion and publicity.
